Daytona Beach Community College, Husani Building

Working to our clients drawings, our rigging department installed quarter inch diameter stainless steel rigging wire for the art gallery at the Husani Building, at Daytona Beach Community College. We used C. Sherman Johnson's blind thread Slimline turnbuckles for a nicely finished look.

Building and installation of this project consisting of 68 turnbuckles, 26 terminal fittings and 1683 linear feet of 1/4" Type 316 S.S. wire began Friday night at 6pm and was completed before Sunday night 7pm, with the lower ends of this stairway swaged on-site.

Hussani Bldg, Daytona Beach Community College

The spiraling, long staircase is just below a balcony where additional acrhitectural rigging lends a rich, modern look that compliments instead of distracting your eye from the art on display. The stanchion post are 1/2" steel, painted black. The treads are marble and the hand railings are wood.

DREAMCATCHER DESIGN TRELLIS ABOVE ROMAM TUB

We were excited to be chosen to provide and install another architectural rigging project by our frineds at Trinity Fabricators. We completed a design above a 9th floor sauna designed with roman columns where we installed 5/16" diameter 1x19 wire as a trellis for plants. It looks terrific. Photos to follow soon - hopefully.

UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA - GAINESVILLE

We are proud to be chosen to aid in the design, to build and install 1/4" 1x19 wire inserts for the railings at the new Completed during the summer of 2009, Donald R. Dizney Stadium hosts the new women's lacrosse team. The facility includes a 1,500-seat stadium that runs the length of the game field.The $15 million construction cost was funded entirely by private donors The facility also includes a second practice field, concessions stands, locker rooms, a training room, and other amenities At the Gators' first home game, an overflow crowd of 2,214 was present in Dizney Stadium for the Gators' 16–6 win over the Jacksonville Dolphins

The Dizney Lacrosse Stadium included 5200 swage fittings, 2 miles of 1/4" 1x19 S.S. wire and was started on Thrusday at 1p and completed Monday before noon! True North was ahead of delivery date and exactly on budget !! Proud to be part of such a terrific project! Go Gators!
